Scope: Surface Restorative renovated the property’s largest ballroom and 310 guest bathrooms, replacing carpet with custom hardwood flooring and improving slip resistance in all bathrooms and showers.

Products & Process: Premium hardwood flooring was developed in collaboration with the factory for durability and elegance in high-traffic event spaces. In guest rooms, we reduced gloss on existing glazed porcelain tiles to enhance traction. Work included subfloor prep, precision sanding, and protective finishes for long-term performance.

Timeline: Completed on an accelerated, floor-by-floor schedule to minimize guest disruption and accommodate ongoing hotel operations.

Outcome: A contemporary ballroom that elevates the property’s aesthetic and event experience, along with safer, slip-resistant bathrooms that improve guest comfort and meet hospitality standards.
